RCA is proud to be a Level 5 B-BBEE Contributor.



The future of South Africa lies in the development of and the growth of people.

 

RCA holds a staff complement of 105 of which 42 are women. We have a particular focus on the development of women within the company, whereby 10 are managers. We have an ongoing development program where young technical students are brought into RCA and many of them end up staying. It is through programs like this that we as RCA ensure the development of our people.
